Thank you for your thoughts. My sister-in-law has been part of our family a relatively short time, maybe a decade or less. But her earlier family, and especially her, are important to us. So I feel for her, and yet ... Wonder if this may be a sad relief after so many years of wondering where he is lost now. The young man was only 'found' ago a few short months ago.

Contrary to the notions of many others of the Canadian Club, she is a minister and does have her faith. Between that, the strength of my brother, and dealing with a number of crippling effects from youth polio, I know that she will be strong enough to continue well.

For a time, from your self-descriptives, I nearly thought you were out on Manitoulin Island. Later I revised my guesses to Deerhurst and that area. I lived and worked 6 years under North Bay, you see. And passed down the corridor from the 'Near North' to Barrie and then west to Bruce County. From whence I sprang, sprung or just smiley - boing from ...

Make that Gravenhurst ... Deerhurst has been renamed, as so many other places do. I still find it odd to no longer see Chatham, NB but Miramichi instead
