Hi Jodan,
Formerly Phred asked me the same, actually. I think I'm halfway there, but I feel I need to produce more before I can justify being a card-carrying reviewer.
I can appreciate the need for good feedback on the forums, and I have pretty much resolved to get involved.
I'm an erratic correspondent, I must confess, but still enthusiastic to support the Guide.
I'll definitely be around.

Well, I, myself, have never produced anything that the UG used, but I'm an editor
So it's not a requirement. But I can appreciate that.
