The Fetwe's Guide to the Galaxy
This page is referring the user ftw2g2 from the primitive Earth's primitive h2g2 website. For the rip-off of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the Fetwe1's Guide to the Galaxy, an incredibly inaccurate guide (slightly more inaccurate than the infamous Hitchhiker's Guide) which goes so far to claim that the answer to Life, the Universe and Everything is 24, check an in-existant page.
This user however is a person who just totally made up the first paragraph of a guide entry, and is probably a bald and fat 40-year old living with his mother. He is also most likely insane as he just described himself as bald and fat.
On a totally unrelated moment he noticed that the very first moment he checked the Who's Online list, there were 2010 members in the year 2010. Plus, the user is officially the Keeper of the Reaper
