Hi Peanut, my 'Message' was actually a burst of anger at some of the things that have been happening round here. I was aiming for withering sarcasm, though re-reading it sober I think that that doesn't quite come across. So, your reply about Ed and Mina was exactly apposite.

The idea is that if you have got perfection, how can anything change? Perfection=stagnation. And if something such as, ooh, a website tries to make everything perfect in the eyes of some by, for example, heavy-handedly silencing dissenting voices and eradicating differing opinions then, yes, it may well be nice and shiny and perfect for a while, and then it will grind to a halt because it has no spirit.
