I gave up counting the number of cups of tea I consume during a day ... I know it takes three to get me into the shower in the morning! Perhaps it's no bad thing that I convert to alcohol burning after dark!
OK - fresh supplies: mince pies and Yule log - as promised, plus a small Christmas cake ... a charity job, sold through the banks here ... and darn good.
Still thinking about the music project ... it shouldn't be too bad. Main decision will be to limit the number of composer bios we do.
CU later.

Hehehe! Only took a year to achieve that!
I haven't done anything about the French Music project yet (sorry) ... but I'll try to get to it soon.
Did you have a good time over Christmas & NY?

Hmmm ... know the feeling! The office here shut down betwee Christmas and New Year. When I came back I had 120 + e-mails glaring at me. It's taken two days just to sort through them and catch up for lost time. Never mind ... almost back in control ... almost ...

I'm delaying sending any important emails until next week, when I can be sure that everyone will have gotten through the backlog from the holidays, and actually read it rather than just bin it!

Egad yes! In all the rush of New Year I almost forgot that milestone! (Must be because it was in the queue for so long). Thanks! Couldn't have done it without your help!

I've had a go at defining the French Music project. Could you please take a look at A505423, and let me know what you think?
Thanks.

H2G2 Uni has accepted the project!
First draft of covering article is also "up" (far from complete!).
Please take a look at: A507719, and comment about it. Lots of feedback hoped for!

Before you think too badly of me: I did in fact look at the project page a couple of days ago, but the computer decided to die before I had the chance to comment... I'm on my way to the other page now

No need to apologise, Princess - these things take their own time. Looking forward to getting your comments. In the meantime, I'll go check the stocks of tea and cake ... better make sure our life-support systems are in place ...

Always wise... My connection to h2g2's really bad today, it stopped working rather spectacularly after I posted this morning... I'll give you comments soon.

Great! Wol suggested pushing the end date out to 1945 so we can squeeze a bit of Poulenc in ... I quite like that idea. What do you think?

Thanks, Princess. This time round, I brought some small meringues ... with honey in the middle. I know it's a bit sugary, but ...
