I've been announcing for about a month now that I hope to introduce (with, of course, the kind consent of the post team) a new series of Whatever Next to the post ASAP. For those of you who criminally ignored this critically acclaimed series last time round (the writers all agreed it was jolly good) the idea is that the post team will draw five entries from the random entry generator, which will form the spine for part one. Part two will then be based on five new entries (although it will pick up where part one left off) and so on and so forth. We shall, I hope, have ten episodes as before. The main change is that for this run it will only be compulsory to use three of the five edited entries, as I hope this makes the whole thing a little easier. I would like a team of back up writers, if possible, to cover for the appointed writer who, on any given occasion, finds real life intrudes. I'd also like to line up three or four writers in advance, if possible, starting with not me, as I'd like someone else to kick off this time. Anyone interested?
Key: Complain about this post

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
