I think I'm about done down, so I'll leave this for now. Note that I've removed the reference at the end to a part II entry. We can update this Entry with a banner that links to the next one and vice versa when both are in the Approved Guide. In a similar vein I've removed the reference to Death Certificates being dealt with in the section on social history. Again this can be retro-added later. I've added a few links to other H2G2 Entries and to some external websites.
