Please don't be mad at me. I'm sorry I got sarcastic in that message thread about the mass email. I didn't even realize it was you who had made the remark, just saw the sentence quoted in a reply by Anonymouse.
It seemed like the few people who were following that thread were getting along well, and I didn't mean it as a personal attack against you or anyone when I replied sarcastically. In spoken conversation it might have come across as playful, but it didn't come across with that kind of tone in writing. I definitely need to be more careful in future written conversations.
I'm sorry I offended you so much that you unsubscribed from the conversation. Your comments have been valuable in that thread and in helping put the petition together and everywhere else I've seen them.
I'm sorry I offended you.

You didn't offend me, Subcom. Deidzoeb. You irked me a little, perhaps. But I wasn't offended. Still, I'm glad you meant the remark in a more humorous tone than I read it in. Remember, smileys are infinitely valuable.
I really don't have much time to discuss Moderation and various other h2g2 concerns right now. I'm heading into college finals, and have fallen a bit behind in an important course. Really, this was my primary motivator for unsubscribing.
Perhaps in another couple of weeks, I'll rejoin the fray. In the meanwhile, I'm really much too busy!
