Titania (gone for lunch)

The trouble is that whatever I try, it won't work any more after a couple of days.

MIght have to make a list of things that *have worked at least once, and then do A on Mondays, B on Tuesdays etc.

Have had trouble sleeping lately - not least because the diuretic I took late Sunday morning didn't kick in until almost midnight. Yeah, more than 12 hours later. Woke up with an urgent need to pee no less than five times the night between Sunday and Monday smiley - yawn

I read an article recently describing a method to get people to sleep again. It started off with forcing them to go to bed later than usual.

So, based upon the measuring of my sleep cycle I made a couple of years ago (using mpm - movements per minute) I know one sleep cycle for me is 1 hour 35 minutes.

My alarm goes off at 6 am.
Counting down:

It's now 21.25, and I can't possibly stay awake any longer, not after last night. Ah well, I'll try this 'go to bed later than usual' thing some other time.

Good night, sleep tight, and don't let the bed bugs bite.

Sweet dreams. I wish you a quiet night.

I blame jet lag for my current inability to sleep, but I'm not sure how much of it actually is. Last night I resorted to motion sickness pills at 3 am. The cat wanted inside for breakfast at fiver or something, but for once she was quiet after that! Of course I've been sleepy today, I hope tonight gets better.
