You can call me TC

Up!

It's 'bout as bad as it could be
Seems everybody's buggin' me
Like nothing wants to go my way -
yeah, it just ain't my day
Nothin's comin' easily

Even my skin is acting weird
I wish that I could grow a beard
Then I could cover up my spots -
not play connect the dots
I just wanna disappear

[Chorus]
Up - up -up-
Can only go up from here
Up - up -up Up
where the clouds gonna clear
Up - up -up -
There's no way but up from here

Even something as simple as
Forgettin' to fill up on gas
There ain't no explanation why -
things like that can make you cry
Just gotta learn to have a laugh

[Repeat Chorus]

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah...
When everything is goin' wrong
Don't worry, it won't last for long
Yeah, it's all gonna come around
Don't go let it get you down
You gotta keep on holding on
It's 'bout as bad as it could be
Seems everybody's buggin' me
Like nothing wants to go my way-
yeah, it just ain't been my day
Nothin's comin' easily

[Repeat Chorus]

Oh - I'm going up [4x]
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah

so, for the purposes of research (into the delectable Jack Davenport <swoon&gtsmiley - winkeye I had to ... that is HAD to go to IMDB.

And, as I was there I thought i'd see what smiley - elf-boy is up to... plenty! That's the good news (oh, and Black Hawk Down is on one of the Sky channels tonight I think - that gorgeous shot of his foot long eyelashes made me want to... ahem... made me come over all maternal - not!!) smiley - drool

where was I?

Oh yes. So it seems he is a co-producer on the film Haven (character name 'Shy')
Calcium Kid seems to be finished. I'm wondering how that's going to turn out. Bloom as a Boxer? err...
Filming Kingdom of Heaven... ohhhh crusades. Men, horses, swords... right up my street. (methinks he'd make a fab Ivanhoe - or better, one of the baddies, Front de Boef for example) Oh poo.. he's a blacksmith in this one. hmmmm I suppose it's better than always playing a pretty, pointy-eared smiley - elf Oh, and it's another Ridley Scott. He must have made an impression when they did Black Hawk Down.

OK; this is too much. When I get listed in Who's Who, I'm going to have to list my hobby as stalking Orlando Bloom. smiley - blush

And on to my other hobby: Monsieur Mortensen smiley - flusteredsmiley - lovesmiley - drool

mmmmmmmm tasty!

One film for him. "Viggo Mortensen plays the Spanish solider-turned-mercenary Captain Alatriste, a heroic figure from the country's 16th century imperial wars"

Oh look: man, horse possible sword...

I think I need a

Mr Prophet (General Purpose Genre Guru)

Just as long as she keeps her tonsils off smiley - doctor Who! I'm reeling from the idea of Billie Piper as a Dr Who companion - I've not seen it confirmed, so I live in hope - but I can deal with it as long as there's no in-Tardis romance. That's just wrong.

Now; on to another moan, about Stargate. Did you know that the first episode of Season 8 alone will Joss not one but two of my fanfiction ideas? They break into my home and rifle through my notes, I tells ya! Never fear however; I shall return, more powerful than they can possibly imagine. Oh yes I shall.

*faints*

noooooo not Billie Piper on Dr. Who - what is the smiley - earth coming to?

I'm going to live in my own private universe from now on. (quiet in the cheap seats) Really, even more removed from reality than the one I currently inhabit.

The Gruesomes will be back in an hour - I'm off to letch while I can. A lovely Korean film about the border between the north and the south of that country. The leading man (no idea what he's called) is lovely.

As is one of the Korean guys in Die Another Day. Can't remember his name either.

What is worse is that when Chris Ecclestone was on Breakfast Time the other morning, he said that some romance was not entirely out of the question, or words to that effect smiley - yikes.

Which episode was that Mr Prophet? I'm afraid I never take note of the episode number or title, I'm just too impatient to wait for the action to begin...... or not, as is increasingly the case smiley - erm. Could you write one with lots of shooting and explosions, especially with Teal'C having a really big gun ?

I really like Billie Piper.
She is drop-dead gorgeous and has a fabulous figure.
She can act and she can sing.

OK, I've finally seen Love Actually.

Sap. Pure Sap.

Fan-flamin'-tastic!!! and smiley - drool for both of us. smiley - drool in bucketloads actually. I'm now stuck because I can't decide which of these three is the best:

Hugh Grant - loved him in this
Colin Firth - just the idea of him makes me go weak kneed
Liam Neeson - I'd completely forgotten how gorgeous he is. And there is something (cliché I know) about a guy with a little boy...

And wasn't Emma Thompson fantastic?

On reflection I can't decide between Colin Firth & Liam Neeson. Just as well that I don't really have to and in the dark recesses of my mind I can have them both. And Hugh Grant, and smiley - elf-boy and all the rest...

I'm looking forward to seeing that on the big screen - it's on at the Senior Screen on 20th April.smiley - smiley

I hope coelysmiley - bluefish got the Mail on Sunday yesterday.

That pic of Jude Law, with his blonde hair, wearing a white-towelling bathrobe which is falling open, {in his "Brideshead Revisited" role} almost had me smiley - drooling, and I don't even like him.smiley - rofl

In case you didn't see it, smiley - bluefish I have pulled the whole page out before I dumped the paper for recycling, and I've folded it carefully, and put it in an envelope which I'm going to hand to you the next time we meet.

You're a gem, GB! smiley - disco

I did see the picture actually, but it was when I was at the gym. After my usual workout, swim, steam room and hot tub I tend to undo all the good by having a cake and coffee while I look at the papers that are left for members to read in the lounge. But I couldn't steal the pic!

I have the one that was in the Radio Times on the wall of my office at work, next to a certain smiley - pirate pic.

So you'll be in London for the 10th July? Anyone else?
