Hello, Orland_Fank,
I think I've met the mangager you've written about.
I've volunteered to "polish" your entry prior to it's inclusion in the Underguide.
After reading it several more times, I can find nothing to change. Do you have any changes you would like to make before I submit it?

It ain't the manager you've got to worry about, it's the idiots that hired him!
I'd be inclined to publish as is...
