crazy band stuff. played the fortywatt. actually saw "gbv" written on the wall ,along with others. alright show. pissed off the sound guy as usual. i dont know. holly sent a short postcard. i have started writing again, so thats cool.

oh ima tired .got no sleep. losing control of band. crazy radio commercials "the one who eats on stage while playing his rhythm guitar". cant write but still trying. mmmmmmmmmm

bearings blew out of the new tire. alternater blew out of our new van, herein known as "the procrastinator". orginization blew out of the show. slept alot finally. not getting anything done.

up and down all week . get played on the radio-get a flat tire etc. getting very little sleep for a change of pace. i think im feeling better but still increasingly stressed. still far from healthy normal me.
