Hey, saw your name, thought wonder if that is Horwood inspired, and it is Duncton Wood is a well read book in our house And though the rest of the series never quite recapture the magic of the first novel they were still good tales So have you only just read it? (I notice that you were called Orinoco) Well enough of my exitement at another 'Wood' fan Until later....

I only picked up the book because it had a nice pic on the front and Magnus magussson(the ornithologist) praised it.
+it was buy 3 for the price of 2! I havent read any of the others since but i might borrow from the library.
I can understand why you are such a fan-it does turn the emotions.
O and theres another researcher called orinoco so i had to change.......But it was such a good name

I remember the first time I read it, I was ten or eleven (Ye Gods that is like 15 or 16 years ago - wow *shudder*) kick ass book, so why Boswell (other than being the holiest mole Bracken had the best name Well, until later....

Just the whole scribe mole thing basically.Although i havent done much in the way of serious entry scribing recently-revising for exams and the ilk but that should pick up inthe next couple of weeks.
