i was looking at wanted to be taken out in places ive put things was suprised in the cupboards i found loads of jumpers long since to small or dont wear anymore so will sort out whats what and give to a charity shop along with pants now to big for me im 32 they are 40ish lol jimbob

ive to have my thyroid tablets increaced after a phone call this morning 75 is going to be 80 or 85 to be sent in the next day or two
ita a tab i have to take but nothing after till at least a hour ive about 7 in total before i leave home to take and a b3 supliment for the cheemist the doctor advised 60 a box one a day jimbob
