Litter including dog poo
I am interested in combatting the problems of litter and dog poo. Is there a psychiatric term for this particular obsession. Maybe canocoprophobia!
I have seen this problem in several countries. I think that
the United Nations should set up a branch. UNADP (Against Dog Poo). There could be contributions from every member country to combat the problem and there could be annual meetings to discuss the way forward. This would be better than invading Middle Eastern countries!
