Vegetarian haggis

I am not a vegetarian, but I like a lot of vegetarian food. I prefer veggie smiley - burgers and sausages because I've read about some of the things that go into the meaty versions. smiley - yuk For related reasons, I've never tried haggis. I don't imagine that they actually use a smiley - sheep stomach for the skin these days, but still the thought puts me off. smiley - erm

So I have been intrigued by your recent Burns Night postings suggesting that there is a veggie version of the Chief Puddin' available. What's in it, and what does it taste like?

It was yummy.

The one I had contained oatmeal, lentils, red kidney beans, walnuts, peanuts, onion and spices.

I'll go see if I can dig up a recipe for one somewhere.
