in the 80's my Triumph Dolomite Sprint was one of the fastest production cars out it could do 50mph in 2nd gear, 70mph in 3rd without redlining the speedo it got me out of many situations at road junctions etc, where a moron was behind the wheel of a nearby car

best car I ever had, but alasit went to the great scrapyard in the sky and as of now, I've not drove for a good 50 odd years. I miss a car in one sense, but not in the othermainly cost and there's more true idiots on the roads

I just walked in the door. We were out having adventures and getting my new 'ears'.

does the ear doc' fine tune them for most sounds etc ?

Yeah. I have to go back in a week. In the meantime, I can decide if it's working all right, or we need more computer adjustments.

Right now, everything sounds kind of loud - like keys on keyboard, velcro, etc - but we'll see.
