Word to the wise, take your iron tablets with orange juice, they have a tendancy towards constipation otherwise. I was given that advice by a midwife as I had to take iron tablets after I had Alex

Any kind of fruit juice I think but yeah orange juice should be fine

I found it worked for me

using pineapple juice and the odd swig of prune juice

That'll do the trick

sometimes, a glass of prune juice goes a bit too far and not enough of a glass don't do a thing

yikes, difficult to get the right balance then
