For over one month now I have been depending on the bathroom at my w*rk place since my own bathroom is being refurbished - as are all the water pipes in my entire house

Luckily my w*rk place is only 200 steps away, but being in need of a toilet in the middle of the night - well, you can guess the rest...

At times like that I think of people in a worse state - and count myself blessed

daughter had a morning in local hospital (if you can call it an hospital, more day clinic now) she had a pin taken out of a left leg, as apparently the area around it wasn't healing. Now it's ballooned up again of course, meaning even more time off work

just another little update for everyone, had a nice little fall other day n landed head 1st which hurt quite alot n needed some ice to take swelling down but other than that no damage elsewhere. also i had a routine kidney scan and there perfectly fine, so all the years of drinking hasnt done any damage lol also means my water works n what not are working fine which is the main thing.

Well, if your what not is ok, that's better than physio.
