Degree Result
Posted Jun 22, 2001
I know I should be pleased with my 2:1, but the fact is, this is the degree I deserve, not the degree I am worth. I should have tried harder. I think I shall have to review my attitude and life goals over the next twelve months, because my self-confidence has taken an extreme battering.

The End
Posted May 31, 2001
Completed the last exam of my MEng Electronic Engineering degree yesterday. Now I don't know what to do with myself! It is quite scary, not knowing what the future holds. Of course, you know what that means... Anything is possible!

Dresden
Posted Mar 27, 2000
I don't often write entries in the diary, but since I am in Dresden, I reckon it's worth it. Though, as the young gentleman next to me points out, I'd better not waffle, because I'm paying 17pf per minute for this privilege.

Just this once...
Posted Feb 15, 2000
OK, I said I wouldn't add an entry, but I am going to because I would just like to note for posterity that I got my first ever Valentine's Day card today! It was sent by a Polish girl, who I met in Hanover a few months ago.
At last!

I hate blank spaces.

It's about time I wrote something here, to get rid of the cold, hollow clang that fills the journal area.
Unfortunately, I won't be adding anything further to this. Despite the friendliness of this site, I do not feel it appropriate to divulge details of my private life to the more than 29,999 members. Sorry. (It's not very interesting anyway; no sex, drugs, violence or nice cars.)
Greetings to Marco Polo.
