It's the last of my 'Narnia' entries – to celebrate, why not sing along with me to the tune of the coda from 'Hey Jude':

Excellent to see this in Peer Review smiley - biggrin Another one I've not seen on TV, though...

I like how you set the scene, and the details eg about behind the scenes and the White Witch you have included add rich context smiley - ok

Just one query on first readthrough: "the owl's costume consisted of a muscle suit worn above Davi's body, to give the right outline" I can't visualise this - what is a muscle suit?

smiley - ok

Yes, it's been one of those weeks smiley - fullmoon but now it's Friday - good to see Peer Review updates smiley - ok

Ah! Impressive attention to detail in relation to the muscles, I see smiley - ok Was the owl headpiece worn on Warwick's head, or was his head within the body so the headpiece was separate?

Good question – I've added that it was a full-head mask.

Good Entry!

The character of Glimfeather the owl's costume --> Glimfeather the owl's costume

As in previous years --> As in previous series (I think)

Difference with the Novel --> Differences from the Novel

some minor differences with CS Lewis' original novel --> some minor differences from CS Lewis' original novel

This is because the actor who played Rilian had previously appeared in flashback scenes and did not want the surprise of Rilian's identity to be revealed prematurely.

-- this suggests that it was because the actor did not want the surprise to be revealed. I'm sure it was in fact the director's choice. You could reword it as:

This was to avoid spoiling the surprise by revealing Rilian's identity prematurely, as the actor who played Rilian had already appeared in flashback scenes.

Just reading this again...

Good introduction here smiley - ok

"a muscle suit worn above Davis' body" - fascinatingly, I think the word 'over' should be used rather than 'above', although both words are synonyms in some circumstances...

I wonder about the item of furniture in the title - a long time since I read the book, so I can't remember the significance of the chair and you don't mention it as such, either!

I like the ending, too smiley - ok

The silver chair of the title's significance is that the masked man (in the BBC series) is tied to it each night when he is free from the Green Lady's control to prevent his escape. I've mentioned that briefly now.
