It's hard to proof read your own writing - your brain sees what it believes to be there. It's a difficult skill and one which I am not good at. I was lucky enough always to have a secretary with an eagle eye when I was a working person.

Anything else? Yes, a few tweaks...
Footnote one requires punctuation.
Footnote three, I don't know why it's in italics, or not in the text? And the times are a bit odd:
<>
as are the dates.
6 June, 2009 St Regis Monarch Beach Resort Dana Point, California, 7 June, 2009 7:00PM B.B. Kings Blues Club New York, New York, 8 June, 2009 7:30PM etc.
Also, where you have full-stops in names, they don't belong:
B.B. Kings Blues Club New York = BB Kings Blues Club New York
St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort = St Regis Monarch Beach Resort
This was followed by a tour with B. Brown = B Brown
etc.
<>
=
Someone
<>
should be in italics as it's a quote and the comma after "tornado" needs a space after it
<> add a colon
<> add a colon
<>
the footnote is not next to the word
They would sometimes play on the outskirts of Macon,Ga for ten dollars a night and all the fried chicken they could eat.
In his personal life he did things that attracted the attention of the vice squad that charged him with 'lewd behavior'. The lawyer his mother found got the charges dropped in exchange for his leaving town. Little Richard was no longer welcome in Macon,Ga.
Ga?
Could you write that in full, please? And in both places, after Macon, should be a space, although I doubt you need the "Ga" twice after you typed it out in full, so just remove the "Ga"
Growing up before the US Civil Rights Movement, and <--- space after the comma
A Piano player named Esquerita came to the Penniman house and taught Little Richard the piano.
That grates a little, he wouldn't be teaching him how to bang drums, would he?
Suggestion:
A piano [note small letter] player named Esquerita came to the Penniman house and taught Little Richard how to tinkle the ivories.

Talking about me while I was actually proofreading your entry is a little Shagbark. Her'es another spooky coincidence. I walked along Cleethorpes seafront this morning and took a photo of a stone pelican. What are the odds that I'd log back into h2g2 and find you have pelican in your nametag?

In a boogie woogie beat he doesn't tickle keys he pounds them
At any rate I clarified that sentence and made your other changes.
