This entry includes the words 'chaise longue' but wasn't written on a chaise longue as I don't have a chaise longue. I wish I did have a chaise longue so I could type 'chaise longue' while sat on a chaise longue, but I don't have a chaise longue.

I listened to the album this week while I was resting my bruised foot by reclining on the floor (as I don't have a chaise longue)
Unfortunately, underline isn't in the Pliny style sheet so the Tracklist section doesn't work for people who aren't logged in to h2g2... Would bold be OK instead?
The youtube link on Chaise Longue contains the dreaded H2G2 typo instead of HREF (my fingers do that all the time, too!)
The Filther is a fascinating thing - I'm very surprised that the s word goes through OK, given that other seemingly-tamer things are blocked! I like how you put it about the 'rude words' etc - very delicate.

Yes, the filther makes no sense whatsoever. I remember the battle I had trying to allow us to mention King Cnut, who was king of England 1016-1035... It definitely does work in mysterious ways...
So, I've made those tweaks while sadly sat on an office chair as I have no chaise longue neither.
So, how did you get to hear of Wet Leg and what made you decide to buy the album? Was it really 'Match of the Day' ?!
That's not a programme usually associated with Isle of Wight-based pop groups.

Fascinating indeed that King Cnut couldn't get through but the s word does
I heard of Wet Leg because you mentioned them, and then I listened to Chaise Longue and realised I'd heard it on Match of the Day - very unexpected, but the rhythm guitar section was the perfect backing track for the goal roundup
Then the other day when I was browsing youtube to find something good to listen to while reclining, I saw an advert for the album and downloaded it
'Fun' indeed

I cut down trees, I eat my lunch
I go to the lavatory
On Wednesdays I go shoppin'
And have buttered muffins for tea
I'm a Wet Leg Fan and I'm okay
I sleep all night and I work all day.

Slightly tweaked to mention that the album's been nominated for the prestigious Mercury Prize.
While that is great news I'm a bit disappointed - I'd always assumed that the prize was named after Freddie Mercury. After all, he died in late 1991 and the prize was first awarded in 1992. But apparently they got their name as they were sponsored by phone company Mercury Communications (never heard of 'em) which rather detracts from the magic somewhat.

Talking of mentioning famous people, on 26th July former American president Barack Obama said on Twitter that he was a Wet Leg fan.
