"willingness not to hide children from horrors" - well put. I watched the Quentin Blake-style animated episodes, and was quite shocked by how many of them were along the lines of, '... and X died. The End.' smiley - laughsmiley - erm Useful in other ways, though - the railway safety video is very memorable: 'Don't stick your head out cos it won't come back.'

A few things you might like to look at:

"the heroes themselves may undergo permanent life-changing events, such as losing a tail or being turned into an animal." - the heroes are either animals who lose a tail, or humans who are turned into an animal?

~"After stealing from all three farmers, Boggis, Bunce and Bean swear revenge and utilise their entire workforce to destroy the fox's home" - after Mr Fox steals from all three farmers, the farmers actually destroy his home, or plan to destroy it?

"Many sequences were inspired by both Quentin Blake's illustration but even the 1989 Cosgrave Hall adaptation." - Cosgrove Hall

"a demon disguised as a woman with claws, deformed feet, bald heads, huge mouths and stretching nostrils" - a demon (with claws, deformed feet, a bald head, huge mouth and stretching nostrils) disguised as a woman?

"although the novel follows Dahl's autobiography Boy." - the biopic follows Dahl's autobiography Boy?

Excellent linkage to other Edited Entries smiley - ok
