Well, as far as I understood the Middle Ages are quite a fuzzy period, meaning the dates are not quite clear and everyone has their own opinion, but it is some time between the 5th and the 7th Century. I said that more clearly now. I decided to follow the opinion that the end of the Migration Period seems like a good date.

I think you're on safe ground with those dates. smiley - laugh We don't want to go on and on about the fall of the Roman Empire, Theodoric the Great, Attila the Hun, and other boring subjects. Besides,'Middle Ages' is just a temporally provincial label on the part of those self-promoting poseurs in the Renaissance. smiley - winkeye
