I like this. The first and third verses provide a symmetry. It's a good picture of a young person's ambivalent feelings about returning home. One question: If she's going home to comfort and boredom, why does she need a vodka to calm her nerves?

It's because she's so nervous about returning home- it's so different to the life she now leads and she doesn't feel quite easy around her family any more because she thinks they'll disapprove. Thanks for your comment
