Can anyone tell me if D'Artagnan's horse was ever named, either in books, film or tv shows?

Does being called 'a smiley - cheese with legs' by Rochefort count? In the films directed by Richard Lester (he also directed Beatles films 'A Hard Day's Night' and 'Help!' as well as parts of 'Superman', most of 'Superman II' and all of 'Superman III'smiley - hero) it's called 'Buttercup'.

Thanks BB.

"The rest of the evening was, well, let's just say we found a decent rock bar....nothing major was broken and the gendarmerie wasn't needed....and another road name for a new member - D'Artagnan , but that's another story"

He's reprinting his bike at the moment and wants to include the name...
Buttercup! Can't wait to see that emblazoned on his iron horse! Lol

I remember many years ago, when Senator Muskie was the frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination, until something drove him to cry on camera. He slipped in popularity. Muskie tears are not all theu're cracked up to be.
