Not sure it should belong here but it caught me:
Ms Stress (my wife, that is) on the telephone, called by a friend
Friend: "What's this? I didn't know you were sick"
Ms Stress: Oh? didn't you see it on the News?

Are we allowed to take things out of context and edit them? Cos if so...
2legs: It's official, I am 'normal'
TC: I wouldn't trust the receptionist's assessment...They often get things muddled up

ahh, 'normal' means wahtever you want it to mean... I'm such a believe in the humpty dumpyness, of words meaning wahtever I want them too Preccluding obvious pericabobulations of the underlaying desimination of the counterpoint to any actual given peri-pepertual meainglessness that is inheritantly and independantly describable wtihin its own juxtoposition of both nonunderstandibility and understandibility; within ocntext, of course...

Ocntext is the new paradigm that will flabbercostulate the world of the future. If there *is* any world in the future.

No need to be sorry, TC. Mountain climbing is hot work, so I didn't mind being able to cool off a bit, even in such an odd way.
As I write this, the temperature is climbing into the 90s. Clothing seems superfluous right now.

Only if you live in the tropics where it's always hot. Clothing designers seem to get carried away with styles that nobody needs. I walk past fancy clothing stores whose windows are full of dresses that look great on manikins [womanikins?], but which I will never live long enough to see being worn by real women.

Is there a hole in the market for the incorporeal population?

I guess it was inevitable that 2Legs would become the newest state.
