Today's US doodle honours cinematographer James Wong Howe. Reading about Howe caused me to order a book.

By his wife, Sanora Babb. smiley - laugh She sounded really interesting. I think the book will make a good guide entry...

Oh, Howe was no slouch, either. He filmed one of my personal favourite movies, 'Seconds' by John Frankenheimer, a truly chilling science fiction story.
