'Doesn't matter online anyway, does it?'
It shouldn't matter to any conversation anywhere. Unfortunately, it does seem to matter sometimes in real life.
I like the fact that so often 'male' doesn't seem to be the default assumption when I'm in conversations online.

Delayed for 5 hours at the airport - luckily, I have my sketchbook, so I'm working on the inukshuk illustration.

Will scan and colour tomorrow - it'll be quicker if I just do it in black and white, but if you'd rather have a colour version just in case, I'll do it that way.

Just black and white - or monochrome anyway....
Thank you.
By the way, the text portion of the page is 10.75cm wide, and I'm giving the illustrations half of that, so 5.375cm or so is good for width. The verger is 10.75cm of course. If you resize any of them, those are the sizes to use.

300 should be enough - as long as all of them are the same quality so you don't notice differences...

300 is apparently the biz...

While we're at it, are you using images by anyone that no longer has an original/better resolution available? I could try working some magic on them, because images optimised for web just won't look good at all when they print.

I'm going to use yours and KBs - you listed them somewhere, though I can't remember where.
I'm also going to use as many of Spimcoot's as look good.

One of the things I need to do over the next few days is pick a few of them, maybe 3 maybe half a dozen. If any particularly appeal to you, now is the time to say so but don't sweat it, I'm happy to pick them myself.
There are also a few of Wowbagger's and Dimitri's

What's annoying is I don't have the Anumbers. Sorry about that.
Wowbagger's and Willem's aren't too bad, but Dimitri's are shocking.

The problem with Dmitri's is that online, they'd work much better as gifs, which we're not allowed to use. I'm sure he still has the originals somewhere, though.
We could also sift through the Post's inbox, because most people send them non-optimised.

I'll have to check through mine and see what I still have.
All of the Post stuff should be available in its original format, yes.
Is the idea to have every entry illustrated? Just so I know what we're actually doing instead of running around at cross-purposes...
