More on the aftermath of the 1986 US air strike on Tripoli in which
60 tons of munitions were dropped in various locations including the
Gaddafi residence which may or may not have resulted in the
incineration of an adopted daughter of Gaddafi amongst other casualties:

"The Daily Telegraph has seen the papers. They show that in 2008
Libyan officials in London arranged for the dentist, Stephen Hopson,
to fly to Tripoli to treat a patient called "Hana Ghadafi".

Hana was the name of the baby daughter that Gaddafi claimed was
killed in the US air strike on Tripoli in 1986. The attack is said
to have led the dictator to order terrorist reprisals, including the
1988 Lockerbie bombing."

ps considering the size of the Gaddafi family it would not be a
surprise that more than one female relative (adoptive or non
-adoptive, deceased or non-deceased) were called Hana.

It seems that some governments do support Mr. Cameron's restrictions of social network access as anti-riot measures.
