the working class poor have no idea what a bond rating is and could care less.
The stock or commodity traders on the other hand are worried that
this may somehow cost them money and they may end up only owning 98 percent of the nations wealth instead of 99 percent.

I'm Mac through and through though. Great software. Intuitive OS...and all of the range very pretty.

You'd be amazed at the number of people I've encountered who seem to think Apple is still being run out of a shed and puts users before profit.
