Beware of summing up to odd numbers. The sum till 23 is divisible by 23, the sum till 2009 is divisible by 2009, etc.

That makes sense, actually.
For any even number N, the sum of all numbers from 1 to N will be:
(N+1) x (N/2)
So we can see that (N+1) is a factor.

There's a reason I gave up on maths. I pushed the N sequence things from my brain for a reason.
