There were 7 Cleopatras, but the only one anybody talks about is Cleopatra VII. She had a daughter by Mark Antony called... Cleopatra! (Cleopatra Selene, actually! )
Cleopatra VII could speak 9 languages, including Egyptian. She was the only Ptolemaic pharoah who could speak Egyptian. (Ptolemaic means 'descended from Ptolemy', the man who 'inherited' rule of Egypt when Alexander the Great died.)

One breeding pair of non neutered/spayed cats, mathmatically (neglecting mortality rates), can be responsible for over 4.5 million cats in 7 years! (4,510,842 by my numbers).
Using normal mortality rates... that number comes down to 6,188!
