I'm not that good at smilies but thats what i've learnt from the likes of Cuddly n Cutiechops!
What we have to do is click on the smiley n it brings up the whole page. Isn't that what you do to find out what they are?
I find it hard to remember alot of them so keep to just a few.

Oh n since i've been using the pc the smilies are alot better on here! They look bigger n look clearer!

Oh wait a min you mean how do we seem to be able to type the smilies in correct but find it difficult to type in some words?

Most of us "ex-lders" who access h2g2 through our digibox have infra-red keyboards, so its just like typing on a pc!
And i guess with us having the knowledge to pick up chat-speak, through having being in 1, we just seem 2 pick things up quickly, & we tend 2 use them alot more in our conversations too!
