Tonight had chips, chicken chow mein and chicken balls in sweet and sour sauce (one portion of each of the three, split between myself and my brother).
Last night I cooked a vegetable risotto for my Brother and I; it contained butter, garlic, onion, fresh parsley, bacon, mushrooms, green beans, asparagus, red sweet pepper, white wine vinigar, fresh ground black pepper, vegetable stock made with stock cubes, celery, and probably a few other things, including grated smoked chedder cheese, had it with leafy salad with a ceiser dressing.
Friday night; egg fried rice, chips, pork chow mein, chicken b balls in sweet and sour sauce (again split between me and my brother, and yes, it was far too much food and spoiled our evening out drinking as we were too stuffed to drink uch at all)

Not been out out (ie not a takeaway, for ages so I'm all excited!)

I haven't the faintest idea what to do for dinner. I had a clear Idea earlier, and just now my grocerys arrived. There are a few things mising from the order this time, which hasn't been the case for a long long while, and its got me a bit annoyed; It looks like I'll be having to make a special trip out some time just to buy a couple of things like washing tablets and, because of this I've been put off track in terms of what I was thinking of having.... I might now have something different.... but I cna't make my mind up...

A small tissue which I found in my pocket a couple of hours ago. I've fried it until it's gone crusty around the edges and have poured some balsamic vinegerette on top.

Just eaten some of the roast chicken (tons and tons of it left for the rest of the week), with the nicely well done roast potatos, some sweetcorn, and tons of onion gravey came out well, I hardly ever do a whole roast chicken, though I think I should more often; the whole chicken, which was 1.1 KG or thereabouts, will probably last me the rest of the week, and is about the same price as only a chicken breast or two haven't had the icecream yet but I may well do a bit later
