Well as we are missing many regiment leaders, your option is... Ralph's Regiment. Thats the only one we have contact with that leader.

Yes well I am still awaiting to see her appear! I want to see this "tame" kitty! I want to know why she has not yet appeared to claim her postion. To me she is either MIA, POW, or KIA! When that happens, the next person in line takes over the regiment! So until she gets back I believe I am Brigadeer!

No, until she gets back you're acting commander of an inactive regiment, you don't actually get promoted.
