For me - flying. I'm thinking like Nathan Petrelli in Heroes. That looks COOL. None of your Superman-style slow gliding along, showboating with a swishy cape. Just bend your knees and pass Mach 1 in less than a second. Whoof. That'd be the one for me.

Hm, invulnerablity has always appealed, as has the ability to produce various forms of flame at will, from lighting a cigarette to becoming a human torch.
And just think, you'd never get burnt while cooking EVER again!
