Sadly I am at a loss as to how the guide works. One part of it says not to submit entries for articles until they have been discussed by other users, but how will other users see them until they have been accepted? What's needed I fear is a sort of guide to the guide! Can anyone see this? If so how do I access replies. Help!

I've seen it by looking into the search of user pages for "Economics" and then using the link to your user page where I can then see your home page. From there I saw the above posting. Not sure what all that means!!!
