The patronage of dragons has not yet been claimed, therefore you shall have it And I can't think of anyone better suited!

Hopefully within the next few weeks we will be organising the next sainting ceremony when you will receive your wings and halo. Until that happens, be thinking about what kind of halo and wings you would like to have, what you would like to wear for the ceremony, if there is anyone or anything you would like to have with you for your ceremony... any details you would like us to incorporate. If you're stuck for ideas you might like to read some of the old ceremonies for an idea of what to expect.

When a ceremony is set up, the attending Archangel will give you the details on this thread.

Have a look at A467570, most saintings can be found there.

Ok ok ok here's what I want:

My halo is gold--and glows (very cliche, I'm sure)
My wings are bright white, sparkly, and have a hazy mist around them
I want Chauncey at my ceremony (she'll probably be there anyway, she's up for archangel as well.)
I want my gown to have a little dragon in the middle (cuz I love them so.)

question--how does one become a saint? or is it a choice between guardian angel, archangel, or saint? *shrug* just pressing details...

all members of the guardian angels are saints. each saint has his or her own patronage, a particular area of care and expertise. your patronage will be dragons (as you have requested), so after your ceremony you will be saint darth zaphod, patron saint of dragons.

the archangels start out as regular saints, but have generally been around for awhile and know everything (that whole 'closer my god to thee' bit, you know) so they become (by election) leaders that keep a degree of organization in the group. kind of like angel-gurus, they're people we can go to for help when we need it (or occasionally a good homemade ), and they are the only ones aside from god (who's retired now) who can make a mere mortal researcher a saint.

For your information, the ceremony will take place monday 13 somewhere between 13.00 and 15.00 London time.
If you cannot attend then, Don't panic! Everything will be taken care of.

Ok...um...a: I have school that day, so...depending on when 13.00 and 15.00 is Central AMERICAN time, we'll see what happens...that includes Chauncey() as well, cuz she goes to my school...tee hee...thanks for the info!

That's between 7 and 9 a.m. your time, Darth. I'm sure you'll be in class, but that's okay You will be sainted nonetheless, and feel free to join the celebrations after school
