I say this because I have to go back in a minute smiley - sadface

Anyhoo today we have a training smiley - bigeyes

and one of the things we had to do is write down all the things/people who annoyed us with valid reasons why

smiley - blush I filled both sides of 3 foolscape sized paper smiley - blush

Then we had to write down all the people/things we really liked and why smiley - blushsmiley - blush boths sides of one foolscape sized paper

Now I'm wondering if I'm just a person who is easially annoyed smiley - erm

hmmmm... things that annoyed me... just in the past 24 hours? smiley - evilgrin

airline food
highly uncomfortable airline seats
the insanely long (2+ hrs) queue at Gatwick to clear customs
the traffic jam on the M25
the REALLY hard beds at the Renaissance Reading
the terrible Chinese food near the hotel
PC the internet/phone hog

things I liked

getting the flights over with and checking into the hotel
smiley - zzzing through PC's endless meetings via phone/internet
the Portuguese restaurant on the water we found for dinner
the thought of meeting Light tomorrow smiley - smiley
the idea of wandering around tomorrow looking at whatever there may be to see near the hotel
getting to use the Internet whilst PC smiley - zzzs

Sounds like a good exercise to me smiley - smiley Understanding what makes you annoyed and what makes you happy allows you to go after the good stuff.

I am looking forward to seeing Batty too and hopefully finding another good resturant. Town centre has some nice shops I am told - head for the centre called the Oracle ...

M25 is famous for it's perminant traffic jam Batty

my recommendadtion would be large sausage with chips and gravey, you have to have your chips moist southerners do not understand this concept at all because they are a bit stange with the exception of Jack who is perfectly wonderful in every way smiley - loveblush</>

if your having fish and chips don't forget the bread and butter *pokes you gently*

*giggles* I think Light was going to find a nifty English pub for us to go for dinner tonight. I'm hoping PC will be able to come, but much depends on his schedule at the office. At least if he doesn't make it Light and I will have someone to bail us out if we get arrested. smiley - evilgrin
