were it says

you have to have a " after the =
like this
SUBJECT="hi intern!"

and were it says

COLS="60"BUTTON=click here to post">

you have to have a space before the word button, and you have to have " after the = ,
likie this
COLS="60" BUTTON="click here to post">

so it should all look like this

Yes mate i had a problem did the code when the box came up i had
ROW="5"
COLS="60"

But i realised what whent wrong with it i put button in the wrong
place

should have been

COLS="60" BUTTON=

I have done it and workin fine
