Hello Manda, sorry to bother you but can i ask you some advice please??
Can a normal reseracher officially greet a new researcher,only some one as just done that,and i said i would check it out to see if its allowed,

There is no problem with any one greeting a newbie,some people do that before becoming a ACE, but it wont be an "official" welcome,
only ACEs can give a official welcome
