I'm really looking forward to the next meet but would you believe there's an Officers Mess dinner that very night... J says I have to go, so what I'm thinking (as I don't have to be there until 7.30pm) is that I will make the effort to meet during the day, get drunk and then torture someone into helping me into my evening gown and putting me on a train to Victoria!

and the afternoon is either kew gardens or the tate modern it seems! but I could always sneak away, kidnap 2legs and go to the pub with you early

or maybe you can contract a rare and mysterious illness that can only be cured by a Vodka and Red Bull in the Ye Olde London pub.

He's talking about now getting a room at the hotel where the mess dinner is being held so I can spend longer with you guys and then get changed in a nice bedroom rather than the dingy mens toilets in the Bell Book and Candle...

We could go to Kew Gardens.... with a paper bag and a bottle of vodka .... Could make for an interesting afternoon...

Where is your husband's officers doo? If it not far from the pub, you could sneak out through the toilet window of the place thats hosting the officers mess thing and join us. Tell your husband you're going to powder you nose.

Its at the Reubens Hotel near Buckingham Palace, which I think is too far for me to scarper down the road in an evening gown and stiletto shoes!

And the fact that I would look quite ridiculous and overdressed for a hootoo meet!
