If you look closer at the reactions of your computer while holding AltGr or Ctrl+Alt, you will notice that the AltGr-Key is just a shortcut of Ctrl+Alt. It does not work with every command (Ctrl+Alt+Del), but you can use AltGr or Ctrl+Alt for all the little symbols in the right lower corner of the Keys.
