Best stand-up comic around today is probably Jackie Mason. I miss Dave Allen & the underrated [in my opinion] Bob Monkhouse, who I can never recall telling a racist joke. For modern stand-up comics, I`d also give an honourable mention to Frank Skinner who makes it all look so natural 7 efortless.

The best stand-up I have seen for a long time is Adam Hills.
Dave Allen gives fond memories, as do Eric and Ernie. Dawn French never failed to tickle my fancy. But for a man who can tell a great story, you just can't go past the Big Yin
