A new interpretation of the "all-beef patty". Although anyone who's eaten at McDonalds might say otherwise...

People who have eaten at McDonalds may say many things, but I'll bet "My that was a fine repast" is not one of them.

Topics drift. So do meanings. So does understanding.

Understanding leads to meanings. Meanings leads to Topics. Topics lead to chocolate down the front of your shirt and plukes (spots).

Plukes lead to new innovations in the stain washing field, those innovations lead to the broadening of the scientific field, the broadening of the scientific field leds to government intervention into our every day lives, government intervention leads to a totalaristic society, a totalaristic society leads to the loss of personal self, and the loss of personal self leads to ...

Haven't heard of a pluke since I was in Scotland - These are Scottish zits, right?
Or zits are N. American plukes?
They did lead to the creation of antibacterial creams, and the inspiration for a Who song (Medac).

If you must know - usually the same places as N. American plukes.
(They are usually found on pubescent Scots).
This has nothing to do with kilts, bagpipes or haggis, nor likely chocolate - just bacteria.

No offense intended, but having Scottish blood (along with a hodgepodge of others -- My G.grandfather was first-generation Scotch-Irish, for instance, while he was wed to a German/Polish immigrant) I do believe Scots are no more immune to zits on their arses than any other nationality.
(No matter -what- causes them. )

I would have thought that was obvious. The Scots were caused to exist by God to prove that there is a heaven. Oh and to annoy the English. Of course, had He caused us to exist on a healthier diet it would have been nice.

I'm half English (50% Southerner /50% Northerner), quarter Welsh, an eighth Scots and an eighth Irish.
I am as divided as the UK i.e. I bloody hate meself sometimes. I do love myself occasionally too, but make sure the door's locked and the light's off.
Can someone please stereotype me, I'd be so proud

In that case - I'm 25% Scots, 25% Irish, 50% English - Which means I have some excuse to join in festivities related to anyone of those backgrounds - As I live in Canada, anyone with a Mc, Mac or O in their name says they are Scottish or Irish or something even after 12 generations - but then I can point to my heritage! Plukes or not.
In that case my daughter is 12.5% Scots, 12.5% Irish, 25% English and 50% Mexican (actually 12.5%Scottish-87.5%Mexican) - more excuses to party, I guess.
Ahh... the wonders of ethnology!
Scottish-Mexicans...

And you should have a nice sporran to hide a few pesos and flask of 100% agave anejo tequila (explained on my page - ahem.)
The Mexican realation is actually from the North of the country (I'm essentially a Notherner too - grew up in Teesside) - They have a different accent to the folks in t' centre an t'South.

I'm sure a mate of mine brought a bottle of that tequila back with him from Meheeko a few months back. I made the mistake of trying to slam it. The drinking equivalent of driving a Ferrari down a cattle track if I remember (all a bit hazy still)
