You see this is why I didn't mention names. If I just came out and said I meant Yeal NC, MizzP, Jack and Cal... which isn't neccessarily true by the way, Those people would appear from out of the wood work and act shocked and indignant that I was getting fed up with their childish behaviour

Discworld Noir's also on PS1 if you can find a second hand copy around somewhere to put into a PS2...

BTW, I have read your comments about the lack of anywhere to go and be mildly offensive, so I am putting in a link to one I made on my nextpost.

Oops! Sorry.
Am listening to Tony Robinson reading The Truth as I right this - he should DEFINITELY have a cameo in Hogfather as CMOT Dibber or any of his other forms.

So, new Tiffany Aching book? Any thoughts? Anybody else thought it was going to be a take off of Fingersmith or was that just the way my mind works?

At present the book occupies a kind of phase-space in my house. It has a physical presence, but is held in an indeterminate state. Mainly because it has been designated as a Christmas present, and so cannot be touch until the day.
So I'll just have to wait.

Hey, if it's a hard back nobody'll notice. Just so long as you don't fold the pages back.

I know, but then there's that whole trust thing that gets in the way. As much as I want to, I really can't go hunting for the book. Even though Mrs Geggs is currently leaving the house an hour before me in the morning, and so giving my the ideal oppertunity. She might never know, but I still would.
Oh well.

Good boy.
Didn't there used to be one grown up one a year with occasional bonus extras like kids books? I'm guessing Tiff counts as a grown up book now as there has been no sign of any other.

Oh yeah. Thud was last year wasn't it? And there wasn't a book in May this year. And I guess the Tiff books must become adult as she gets older, what with Esme being in them and all.
Maybe he is finally living up to his promise to slow down to one book a year. Admittedly, he first made that promise 10 years ago, and this will be the first year he holds to it....

Can't say I have. Time is at a premium these days, and I simply didn't have any spare. I'm 10 pages into the book I've been reading for the last month. Which is not to say that I'm reading slowly, but rather that I started reading it, put it down and haven't found the time to pick it up again over the last month. And I do want to read the thing, but life does not allow.

Bought a book about the Sandman comics two weeks ago and it's still in the bag!
