The way it's written implies that 2004 is the month, 2003 the year and '21 may' the date.

I think they're clues... there's an extra "2003" and an extra "on"... now we just need a day and time.

but it was the "at" that was extra, so perhaps "2003" is a codename...

AT ON (missing *E*) add *E*- AETON Greek to me...ahhh, just Googled it, they make modems. Problem solved, they bought a new modem! The numbers must be a model number.

Ah, i see! I've been having problems with my own modem, & all it's supposed to do is sort me out, so if one poor little modem is expected to serve the entire needs of the DNA hub, it's not surprising there mught be problems.
