I see that you are intending this to be mainly a recipe entry but maybe you could write a couple of paragraphs about Welsh Cakes. For example, where the name comes from, how they are typically/traditionally eaten etc.
Did you copy the recipe or write down a description of how you made them? If it was copied there could also be copyright problems.
Anyway, good luck with the entry!
